Hi, I'm Liza! Is it too bold of me to say that I'm one of the first to use ginger to help with ailments? Um, obvy! I'd have to be thousands of years old to make such a claim. Suffice it to say though, roots like ginger and turmeric had been a staple in my house growing up. My mother used to make us a powerful mixture, now widely known as ginger shots, for a very long time! I've sworn by it since then, now and beyond. When I was young, I consumed it only when I was feeling under the weather. I continued this well into my adulthood and because it always worked so well, my instinct told me there was so much more to this. As my curiosity would have it, I began reading about the ingredients and their powerful restorative effects. Shortly after, I made this a part of my daily routine and never looked back. 

Health and wellness has been a lifelong passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I read all I can get my hands on to gain a deep understanding of how food can be our ticket to longevity and quality of life. I've learned so much about the human body's innate connection to nature, that as our conventional healing approach grew further and further away from nature, it directly contradicted my understanding of what I knew about the comprehensive attributes of nature and its limitless reserve of powerful elixirs. In very recent years, this departure from nature hit me like a mack truck. I took it hard.

So I sought solstice and understanding in others who also turn to nature. A dear friend and I got the talking about our mutual love for all things nature. It is with heartfelt gratitude to my conversations with her that ignited the idea to share my love for nature's food...and...Forever Earth was born! 

My dream is for people to recognize that we are nature and nature is us. To bestow unwavering acceptance that nature is at the very root of our existence. The organisms in an ecosystem survives off of one another to keep the world in balance and help all species thrive, including and even most importantly~ us humans!
